"Purchased a first course as a gift for my son and introduced his mother to shooting with him. His mother gave it go but resigned herself to the fact that shooting isn't for her. My son thoroughly enjoyed his time and is keen to return. He had never shot clay pigeons previously but after taking all advice given by the coach did extremely well. Fundamentally the coach is professional and knowledgeable and made my son's day. Its not easy maintaining an impressive site like this and I must say the owner does a fabulous job working his socks off to ensure the presentation of the grounds and more critically the safety of all patrons is paramount. There is a clubhouse with facilities. The cafe is well stocked with seating indoors or out. "

"We had an absolutely amazing experience, and I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! We were travelling quite a distance to get here — around a 4-hour drive — and although we had left plenty of extra time, unfortunately we got caught in traffic and realised we were going to be late. We called ahead to let them know, and they were incredibly understanding and reassuring. We ended up arriving around 15 minutes late and were greeted so warmly, which immediately took the stress away. Our instructor was Justin, and what a top man! 😊 He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Neither of us had ever been clay shooting before, so we were complete beginners. Justin took his time explaining everything thoroughly and making sure we understood what we were doing. The whole experience was professional but also relaxed, laid-back and, most importantly, SO much fun. It never felt like we were just being put through a lesson — we were able to have a laugh, chat and genuinely enjoy ourselves while learning. My fella was absolutely smashing it and hitting everything, while I... well, I struggled a little more! 😂 Justin was fantastic with me and came to my rescue. After a few shots I was struggling even to hold the shotgun properly, but he patiently helped me and guided me through it. When I was missing shots, he would help me with where I needed to aim, always encouraging and supporting me without ever making me feel like I was doing badly. We had not only a brilliant instructor and a great lesson, but also plenty of laughs and good conversations along the way. Justin really went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, comfortable and memorable for both of us. At the end, I asked if I could keep a few empty shotgun shells as a little piece of memorabilia, and Justin kindly let us take some home. They are now sitting on our little memory shelf, which makes the experience even more special. ❤️ So, a massive thank you to Justin for his professionalism, patience, brilliant teaching, jokes and for making our day so memorable. It was a birthday experience I planned for my fella, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for it to go better. And after driving around 4 hours to get there, I can honestly say every mile was worth it! 😂 We're already looking at when we can come back again. 😊 Thank you, Justin, for an unforgettable experience"
